New Portable/Shop Data Loader Business
New Portable/Shop Data Loader Business – On February 28th, 2008, Aero Instruments & Avionics, Inc., entered into a purchase agreement with Interface Displays & Controls, to purchase all Intellectual Property and inventory associated with their Portable and Shop Data Loader Business (formerly Qualtair).
Since the relocation of all materials on March 18th, 2008, to our facility, we
have been working to prepare and implement a full working shop. It is our
intention to continue to manufacture and offer full repair support for these products. We have
also begun evaluating each product and we will be offering upgrades to both the
PDL and SDL equipment in the very near future.

Honeywell TCAS II Processor Capability.
With our most recent test equipment acquisition, Aero Instruments & Avionics, Inc. now offers
test and repair capabilities for the Honeywell TPA-81A TCAS II Processor.
Together with our existing CAS-81 system component capabilities, Aero continues to provide you
with a viable alternative to OEM Pricing.
In our continuing effort to improve turn time and expand our Support, Aero Instruments & Avionics, Inc. has added three additional ATE's to our already extensive ATE and Engineering department. Aero has acquired a Rockwell Collins - ITS-700, a Boeing ATS-182A, and a ATEC 5000 ATE Computer Test Station.
