instant access to the current status of all units in house for repair, our
support staff has the latest information at their disposal. This allows them to
immediately answer questions such as unit status and parts availability. They
also have access our current pricing for bench test and overhaul cost for any
unit we service.
While a full list of our Supported LRU's is available
online, we are always adding new units and

department provide the attention to detail our customers deserve.
Receiving Department
As part of our Support Team, the Receiving Department personnel
handles each instrument as if it were our own. From the moment an instrument
arrives in the building to it's delivery to our Shipping Department for
packaging and return to the customer, our receiving staff treats each instrument
as if it is the most important one in the building.
